New Public Pickup Dashboard Strengthens CapMetro’s Commitment to Transparency 

We are excited to share new enhancements to the public performance dashboard, reflecting our commitment to providing greater data transparency and accessibility.  In October, CapMetro officially launched changes to the public performance dashboard that more seamlessly integrate performance metrics for Pickup service. This dashboard is available on Capmetro.org in the existing performance dashboards section. The key enhancements to the dashboard include: 

  • Enhanced dashboard design featuring intuitive navigation, clear visual cues, and interactive elements 
  • Consistent user experience with a uniform user interface aligned with the dashboards for other CapMetro services 
  • Significant accessibility improvements with the ability to understand the data as a graph or table 

Previously, the Pickup dashboard was available as a standalone page accessible through the right-hand navigation ribbon. Now, Pickup dashboard information has been integrated with the other service modes under existing dashboard categories, such as Ridership, Reliability, and Safety. 

This enhanced dashboard is crafted to provide customers, users and stakeholders with even deeper insights into key metrics and performance indicators.  It enhances transparency and builds public trust by providing accessible, up-to-date information on key ridership, reliability and safety metrics.  By making this information publicly available, the dashboard supports informed decision-making, encourages public engagement, and reinforces the agency’s commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.
