She’s up before you’re up, making sure CapMetro services are running just right.
Olivia Jones heads the Operations Control Center, as well as the training department and service impacts. She first joined the agency in 1998.
“To me, CapMetro has always been the benchmark,” Jones says. “CapMetro methodically goes through a process to be better and do better for its employees and the community.”
